The spa island of the famous health spa Piešťany is located only 10 minutes by foot from our house. Within the spacious park and along the river Váh you can make long and relaxing walks. The spa area offers ambulant spa therapy, especially for rheumatic diagnosis, and the thermal bath EVA. Also located on the spa island: a well-kept golf course and some tennis courts.

Piešťany is located 80 km north-east and around 1 hour by car of Bratislava within the scenic valley of the river Váh. A warm, mostly dry summer, a steady autumn and a mild winter are the best qualifications for a holiday at every season. The pedestrian zone of Piešťany with its many cafés and restaurants is away only 5 minutes by foot from the spa park. There you will find also banks, pharmacies, doctors and many shopping opportunities.

Also with the bike you can start extended tours, for example to the lake Sĺňava. For sporting enthusiasts there is also a waterski-area. If you like it more comfortable, you can take a trip on the river Váh with one of the cruise vessels. During winter there are many possibilities for skiing.
